I’ve been using Scarsies silicone scar tape on my 4 laparoscopy scars and I really like it. My scars have flatted and lightened significantly in a couple of weeks. Very happy. The tape is easy to use, it’s thin and comfortable to wear. It moves with my skin and stays in place without me needing to touch it. I leave it on for 3-4 days straight and it stays in place and holds up really well, but it can be washed and reused too.
