Orders

You order; we’ll ship it. You pay; we’ll confirm it. Simple, right?
When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy. Once we accept and process your payment, your order is confirmed - and we’ll get your Scarsies on its way.

If for any reason we can’t fulfil your order (rare, but possible), we’ll let you know and issue a full refund.

Product Info

We show you the goods - accurate descriptions, honest photos, and all the details we’d want to know too.
Just remember: colours, packaging, or materials might vary slightly in real life (still fabulous - promise!).

Shipping

We ship orders within 1–2 business days because we like to keep things moving.
Delivery times vary depending on your location (see our Shipping Policy for details).

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can stalk it in style.
If your order’s running late, we’ll help where we can - but once it’s with the courier, it’s officially out of our hands.

Currently, we ship to New Zealand and Australia only.

Returns & Refunds

Not vibing with your Scarsies? No worries 💕
You’ve got 30 days to return unopened and unused products.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days and we’ll replace or refund it - no questions asked.

Account Responsibility

Keep your login details to yourself (we love your neighbour’s cat but maybe don’t share your password 🐾).
If your account is used without permission, let us know right away so we can help secure it.

Our Stuff, Not Yours

Everything on our website - including text, logos, product photos, and designs - belongs to Scarsies™.
You can’t copy, modify, or reuse it without our written permission. If you’d like to feature or collaborate, just ask! We’re friendly.

Your privacy matters to us. We collect only what we need to process your order and improve your experience.
We never sell or share your personal details with third parties (because ew, no).

Liability

We do our best to keep everything smooth, but:

• We’re not responsible for courier delays, lost parcels, or things beyond our control.

• Always follow product instructions carefully and use Scarsies only on healed skin.

• If irritation occurs, discontinue use - everyone’s skin is different.

That said, if something goes wrong, we’ll always try to make it right 💌

We may update these Terms & Conditions occasionally to keep things current.
If we make significant changes, we’ll post them here - continuing to shop with us means you’re cool with the updates.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
Any disputes will be handled here in NZ - but we’re all about keeping things smooth and friendly.
