We want you to love your Scarsies - but hey, we get it. Sometimes things just don’t work out.
If you’re not feeling the smooth vibes, here’s how we’ll make it right 💕

Returns

Changed your mind or just didn’t vibe with your Scarsies? No problem.
You’ve got 30 days from the day you receive your order to return it for a refund.

Just make sure it’s unused, unopened, and in good condition - no one wants to see those used strips, hun 😘

Refunds

If you’re not in love with your Scarsies, we’ll refund you straight to your original payment method once the return is received and checked.

All items must be:

  • Unused and unopened

  • In their original packaging

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

Refunds are processed as soon as your return lands back with us. (Easy, right?)

How to Return

Send us an email at orders@scarsies.com with your order number and a quick note about why you’re saying “no thanks” to your Scarsies.

We’ll reply with:

  • Return instructions

  • The return address

  • And any extra deets you need 💌

Unless we sent you the wrong or a faulty item, you’ll just need to cover return shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Scarsies arrived a little scarred themselves (scratched, torn, or damaged), let us know within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll sort it out - no drama, just smooth solutions ✨

Depending on the situation, we’ll send a replacement or refund right away.

Exchange Policy

Not the right vibe? No sweat.
Let us know within 30 days and we’ll happily swap it for something else (if available).

You cover the return postage, and we’ll handle the rest - fair’s fair 💕

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on opened or used items.
Let’s keep things fresh, babe - unused and sealed only, please!
